1… Qd1+ 2. Kg2 Qxg4+
The point is that the white queen is absolutely pinned on the g-file, which makes 2. Qxd1 an illegal move since the white king will be in check by the black rook on g7.

This is a tricky one, I occasionally miss this type of pin where a pinned piece is pinning another piece.
