Exercises 106 to 145 will focus on tactics that involve overloading, or otherwise exploiting an important defender in some way or another, ranging from easy to hard.

Solution

1… Bxc3+ 2. bxc3 Qxd5

1… Bxc3+ uses a tempo-move (check) to capture the defender of the white queen, followed by Qxd5.
