The above is an example of an exercises on level 2 where you are required to visualize 2 moves (4-ply) ahead, before trying to solve a simple tactic in that position. There are 4 levels of difficulty and 5 exercises on each level. The higher levels require that you visualize more moves in your mind, ie. level 3 = 3 move (6-ply); level 4 = 4 moves (8-ply). A friendly warning: Level 4 is very difficult – even experienced chess players will find it a challenge!
It’s been a number of years since I released the first version of Visualwize. The program has proven to be an exceptionally powerful tool to improve your visualization skill in chess.
Visualwize 4.0 works on iPad, Tablet, Kindle, Android smartphone etc. This is great because now you can improve your visualization skills anywhere and anytime with your mobile device or e-reader. Please try it out (and share it with your friends to try it too). I would love to hear about your experience with it.
The other editions, Visualwize 1.0, Visualwize 2.0 and Visualwize 3.0 are better suited for use on desktop computers, though Visualwize 4.0 works just fine on desktop too.
Thank you and enjoy,
