Isn’t 1. b5 a good option too?, puts pressure on the c6 pawn. Another question, if I play 1. Bxd5, doesn’t 1. …Bxe5 give me weak pawns on the e file?, I mean, taking his knight doesn’t necessarily mean he will take my bishop in exchange. He may capture my knight instead, weakening my pawn structure.

1.b5 Bxe5 2.fxe5 Nc7! and white can’t get the passed pawn anymore.
After 1.Bxd5 Bxe5 2.fxe5 cxd5 3.b5 wins because white will promote and the black king won’t be in time to prevent it.
